INGREDIENTS
- Desired amount of steak cubed
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Sauce
Double or triple ingredients depending on quantity.
- 4 Tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- A little water
PREPARATION
- On medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil to a large frying pan. Add the beef and chopped onion and brown very well. Do in batches if necessary. Add the salt and pepper as the beef browns.
- Add the sauce to the steak and simmer on low heat until the meat is tender.
- Serve with rice or mashed potato.
